Kardashian is scheduled to testify on May 13, 2025, providing her account of the traumatic event where she was bound, gagged, and held at gunpoint in her hotel room during Paris Fashion Week. The assailants made off with approximately $10 million in jewelry, including a $4 million engagement ring from her then-husband, Kanye West.

The defendants, dubbed the “Grandpa Robbers” due to their advanced ages, are facing serious charges of armed robbery and kidnapping. Yunice Abbas, one of the accused, has co-authored a book about the crime and expressed deep regret during the proceedings. He stated that he had never considered the impact of his actions on victims until the Kardashian case.
